Intuitive Equine Apprentice Program
“Just what is this apprenticeship and who is it for? “
The apprenticeship is for anyone (age 16 an older) who has ever wanted to own a horse and do the “horsey things” but could not for whatever reason. This is your chance to make your horse dreams come true, without all of the cost and logistics of horse ownership.
“What if I have no horse experience?”
Participants may start with no horse experience at all or they may begin after years of horse knowledge. This is a custom program designed to meet you where you are.
“How often would I get to be with horses?”
The program utilizes an online classroom with opportunities for time in-person (with a horse) any day of the week. You are welcome to reserve time with your horse as often as you would like to come.
What kinds of activities will I get to do with the horses?
The Intuitive Equine Apprenticeship is an opportunity to develop relationships with horses where you will get first hand experience of horses, including caring for, spending time with, riding, and letting a horse enhance your life as you learn all aspects of the daily life of the horses! What is the Intuitive Equine Apprenticeship
Innovative Hope offers a unique apprentice program with intuitive learning for personal growth and enrichment. Accepted applicants will be given the opportunity to participate in every aspect of an 13 horse equine facility located minutes from the Kansas City airport. Apprentices may join at any ability level. Apprentices have daily access to their chosen horse where they can grow in skill and connection with one horse or the whole herd.
Apprenticeship 1 and 2 – Beginning horsemanship skills with a focus on intuitive equine practices – no former experience required.
Apprenticeship 3 and 4 – Advanced skills, including riding and independent horse privileges with a focus on intuitive equine practices

An Innovative Hope representative will be in contact with you to set up an initial visit. You will receive an information packet with details about the program. You will pay the application fee at this time.

Register for the Intuitive Equine Master class. Training sessions are offered at various times through the year.
